“I ordered a battery at noon on 31 December and requested (and paid for) "guaranteed next working day" delivery. The battery actually reached me yesterday, a full week after it had been ordered.”

Hi Alan, We are sorry that we were unable to deliver the battery quicker on this occasion. As mentioned on our homepage at the time, we were not doing any deliveries during the 1st week of January due to the Christmas/new year period. “Really, really helpful online conversations to make sure I got the right battery for my car. However....the next day delivery I paid for has still not delivered...4 days later! Not good if desperate for a replacement battery! I recommend they change their carrier pronto! Here’s hoping battery guys can get my battery to me and refund the fee for next day delivery!”

“Fantastic product and service. I ordered the battery in the afternoon and it arrived at 7am the next morning. Fitted and running again before 8am. Saved £30 on the recommended battery and couldn't have asked for better service. Thoroughly recommend The Battery Guys!”
