“I ordered the battery, got updates about delivery, it arrived at the time stated. I needed some details about the order and the agent on the telephone was very helpful, polite and knowledgable. Wow, what more can you ask, great company to deal with and I fully recommend them. Thank you guys.”

“I have ordered before from The Battery Guys and received first class service. On this occasion they have been let down by their carrier, Parcelforce. Despite paying for next day delivery I didn’t receive the battery. I am still waiting but nevertheless give a ‘Very Good’ because of past service. Parcelforce need a kick up the rear end and I cannot complete the survey.”

“Car batteries are so expensive these days, so I hit the internet to find the best deal. I found the higher amp hour with 3 years warranty to be the best price not only for the battery but for postage by miles. Next day for £1.99 who's saying no to that? Extremely well packaged on arrival and was exactly as stated in the description allowing me to fit it without drama. Bravo guys, I have a few cars so be seeing you soon no doubt as a bmw one just died after going flat during repairs. Excellent battery distributer and arrived the exact day it was expected.”

“The staff at Battery Guys are helpful and knowledgeable. I was assisted on the telephone by a gentleman who gave me all of the information I needed to ensure that I purchased the correct battery for my vehicle. A query re terminal post sizes was dealt with easily and a nice touch is that, where required, the post collars are automatically included with your purchase. The battery arrived in very good packaging and in very good time (earlier than anticipated in fact). Great service. Recommended.”
