“Having used The Battery Guys several times before with no issues, in fact have been pleased with their service, I decided to use them again. However, this time, I have still not received my item after 7 days, not even acknowledgment to say I have made the purchase, even through I received the email from PayPal immediately that the payment had gone through from them. Still waiting for any sort of communication from The Battery Guys!!!”

“Wasn’t sure which battery I needed for my car. Went on chat was given some great advice and told which product I needed. The battery came the next day my dad put it in my car back on the road. Brilliant service and product”

“Excellent service, battery arrived quickly, securely and safely packed. Battery showed fully charged and is working as expected. Too early to say about long term reliability. One thing would like to see is a shipping tracker number within shipping email to keep tabs on delivery. Thanks”

The disruption to our next day delivery service that occurred during transit was regrettable and I can only apologize for the days work that you lost as a result of that. “Battery delivered was perfect and price incredibly very competitive so thanks for that. However, Ordered on Sunday before 1500h with next working day supplement. Battery did not arrive Tues and I had to call on a premium rate number to chase up. As promised, call employee did get back by email with reason for delivery delay and it arrived on Weds am. Please add order tracking to your website-these days it should not be necessary to chase up delivery and customers don't like surprises.”
