“Quick delivery of a good product only let down by using Yodel as the courier. Despite the box being clearly labelled 'Handle with Care' and 'This way Up', the delivery was made to neighbour by throwing it over the fence! Luckily although the box was damaged, the battery appears to have survived. Whether there is internal damage will be seen in a few years time!”

“I was concerned when my Ford Fiesta failed to burst into life one morning last week, yes of course it has been very wet and cold and I have had the heating fan on loads but i didn't expect the battery to die now A friend mentioned he had a similar issue and suggested I try The Battery Guys - thank god I did because my new battery was here next day and very easy to swap over, my motto now is thanks Battery Guys for providing such a quick and easy fix at such great value.”

“Been 1st class before, but this time badly let down. Tracker showed the battery still with them, so rang up and told we will look into it and call you back. No call, but few hours later email saying I been refunded. Had to go and get battery elsewhere at higher cost. Not impressed. Plus the money is still not back in my account so I am currently lots out of pocket.”
