“A very good service. After a bit of shopping around this came out as the cheapest option, though not by too much. The next-day delivery can be booked until 3pm, later than many operations. This might be the best bit if your battery is a goner.”

“Having never ordered a big battery online before I was a little anxious and intrigued. I've ordered motorcycle batteries that you pour the acid into the battery so thought this might be similar. I was wrong as it arrived just like the ones you buy in the shop. The other real plus for me was the saving, Halfords wanted over £20 more for the same thing. I would recommend the Battery Guys as I ordered one day and it arrived the next and I saved money. Just how I believe the online buying experience should be. Thanks guys.”

“Good technical details given when I phoned, I was initially concerned with dimensions until it was confirmed that the height advertised included the posts. Fitted perfectly. Arrived on the day I requested, very well packaged. There was some electrolyte spillage but it was contained within the waterproof packaging and in addition, instructions were included in the event that this happens. The icing on the cake would have been a text to say what time the package would be arriving. Some couriers do it, notably DPD. Very pleased overall and a good price into the bargain!”

“Very quick re-action to my order for a new battery I had no sooner placed the order on email when next day it arrived. The package was so safely wrapped and boxed it was a joy to gain access to the content. Would certainly use them again and recommend the firm to anyone in need of a replacement battery. Thanks.”

“The batterry came to us damaged in transit and my wife did not take delivery. the Battery guys replaced the battery without a problem and redivered in two days. Well done I dont think they could have done better, custemer service at its best. Thanks Richard pavey”
