“Great service, I have used these "Guys" twice over the past few years and in both cases delivery was exactly as they said (next day) and again in both cases the battery was well packaged I installed and no problems since. perfect ! In a world where service is Deteriorating at a rate .... this is refreshing:)”

“Very good and prompt service, when asking for online advice the chap was excellent, I had already put in my reg number and a battery was recommended, I checked online and was recommended the exact same battery unlike others that try to sell you a more expensive one, great service, thoroughly recommend A1”

“V. Pleased with the battery and being able to drive car again! Think information re delivery needs to be clearer. I paid for next day delivery (order before 3pm), however this was on a Saturday and order not dispatched until the Monday and received on Tuesday. Info re next day delivery needs to state Mon - Fri only.”

“I paid the extra for guaranteed next day delivery but it didn't show up until the day after. No idea if this is a courier fault or it wasn't despatched in time, but either way I paid for something that wasn't provided so the experience could have been better. The battery itself was well packaged and works fine.”

Hi Rob, Apologies for the later than expected delivery. I am not sure what the issue was but i have refunded the extra delivery charge.
