“I purchased two gold charms for my daughters and they were perfect, and the yellow gold finish was elegant. Exactly what I was expecting. No stores had anything comparable. The customer service is excellent. The gift box is classy. Easy purchase every step of the way. Perfect gift for football season.”

“my experience was very pleasant, I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I initially ordered a different item that I didn't realize was on backorder. When I didn't feel like waiting any longer so I reached out to them and they promptly issued a refund. I was more impressed that the salesperson didn't leave it there but wanted to see if she could help me get something else. She sent me a few different items that she thought I might like and I found something better than I was initially looking for. She wasn't pushy at all in trying to get a sale. Normally when I buy online I look at the reviews and I always look at the worst ones first to see if there are any red flags. I've never seen a review page that had a 99% Good rating, I now know why. Thx for your excellent customer service.”
