“I once again made my annual visit to the Calais Wine Superstore which is a pleasurable experience. Having pre-0rdered my wine I saw their follow up article recommending a red Argentinian wine which I was eager to taste. The young girl in the tasting room was ever so helpful. She found the wine, poured me a taste, located more bottles in the store, carried them to my waiting order and found me a trolley to load it all on. Such a lovely helpful girl. I was then served my a very patient Irish guy at the checkout who somehow kept his cool despite us all queuing up with heavily laden trolleys. The store was very busy so we had to queue a while but so worth it for the splendid wines sampled when I got home and hosted a French fancy dress themed party to sample the wines and cheeses (bought in Cite Europe). I also met some lovely fellow Welsh people in the queue. Thank you Calais Wine Superstore for another fabulous experience. See you again next year (Brexit wiling!!).”

“Always great service with friendly knowledgeable staff. Added bonus of being able to try different wines without the obligation to buy. Would like to see a price match guarantee introduced as some wines are becoming cheaper at neighbouring Pidou [Wolf Blass Eaglehawk for example is 54p a bottle cheaper]. Be back again in the New Year!”

“The Calais Wine Superstore is my first choice stop every single time! Not only do they organise my travel, my wine is always ready selected and waiting for me and everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable, it really adds to the whole experience. The lads will even stack the purchases in your car if you want them too! Nothing is too much trouble. Last and by no means least, the fact that you can sample so many of the wines at your leisure makes the whole trip very enjoyable! Let's just hope Brexit doesn't break it!!!!”

“Everything on the day went smoothly made savings of £700 on UK prices staff very helpful even suggested what restaurant to eat at and met the boss free tunnel crossing great all round thankyou calais wine superstore.”

“A second trip within a week, once with my brother and the second just for us. As always a very good service with our order and the chance to try some new wines. Additionally this time we qualified for the free lunch at the Bistro in Marck which was steak, frites and a half carafe of wine. Excellent value. We will be back again next year.”

“Great tasting room, staff very helpful. I ordered in advance and it was all waiting for me when I got there. I was able to swap out some wines for others. You can also pay in sterling (cash or cheque) which avoids credit card charges.”
