“I am very disappointed with the returns service from this company. I made an order and when the item arrived it was different from the original item on the website (ie colour was not as bold and canvas had been cropped more). I have been told that I need to prove that the picture is different from the original with photos and I need to explain in detail why I feel it is different. I feel that I need to jump through hoops just to get a refund and also I will be out of pocket as they will not refund me the post and packaging fees (even though the item I received differs from the original on the website). Probably I will never use this company again and never recommend this company because the customer will always be out of pocket as delivery fees are non refundable. I paid £12 for delivery and I will not be reimbursed for this cost.”

“Excellent product and good value for money. However, because these canvasses can be very large, make sure you are in to accept them from the couriers (Translink Express) as we had problems getting ours. We experienced non-delivery when specified, a change of delivery to a pick-up shop which was then cancelled, a change of delivery to a time when we were out, then final receipt nine days after ordering.”
