“Great experience with these guys! Their advice even before I made a purchase was invaluable. I made quite a large order and was rewarded for doing so! Very quick delivery and on the whole a great online shopping experience! Their range of products is great I had trouble narrowing my choice! And they don't just do decorating stuff there's plenty of other stuff to choose from like car care, cleaning products! Thoroughly recommended company and I know I for one will be using them time and time again!”

“I bought some Liberon Metallic Effect paint from the Decorating Store and was pleased with the low prices and fast delivery. Unfortunately not all the colours I wanted were in stock, but this was shown on the website before I ordered - an improvement to the website might be to give an approximate date of when out of stock items are expected to be re-stocked? All in all an easy company to deal with and one that provides a good service.”

“there was no problem with the actual ordering , but the delivery has not yet arrived the company delivering say they came to deliver and nobody was at home however I was at the back of the house and they were gone when I got to the door they left a card to rede liver the following day and has yet 2 days of sitting by the window they still have not arrived ! I may suggest you use a different service, I will happily update my review when I get the goods, krud kutter , which was recommended to me by a decorator friend is a great product for cleaning especially in areas where grease etc have been used and brightening up upvc doors and the like”

“I ordered 6 X 5 lts. tubs of fence paint along with a sprayer. One of the packages was severely damaged, split open due to lightweight cardboard boxes used to contain them. Paint all over delivery van and the road etc. The driver was none too happy! But the Ronseal sprayer worked well and Will at the store quickly dealt with my complaint.”
