“Ordered the Wooster dust Eater and was told they're out of stock. (Gutted) They told me it may take three weeks to arrive, but they would try to have Wooster send one to me direct. Fair enough I said. Package arrived three days later! (Well chuffed) Service above expectation”

“This was my first order with The Decorating Store and won't be the last. They seem to stock a lot of what I might be buying again, and at the right prices. Delivery was excellent, with emails to confirm my order, my invoice and most importantly from parcelforce to let me know when it was going to be delivered - this was followed up by a text to give me a time slot. I doubt this sort of delivery is the cheapest, but if it means I don't need to wait in all day then I am more than happy to pay a little extra - that said, I didn't pay for delivery as my order was over their threshold ! The products I ordered are all as I would expect, so nothing to say about them, but as I mentioned I'll be back to order more, which has to be a big recommendation !”

“Thank you Decorating store! There was I real danger that I would have to re paint the whole front of my summer house with a new shade until I managed to source the original discontinued shade from the store, prompt service ,well packaged, turned up as promised, and cheaper. I would definitely recommend this company”

“Ordering process was very easy and delivery was pretty quick. ordered on 16/03 and delivered on 19/03 so can't fault that. Also got free delivery as spent over £50. Best price I could find as well. One thing I would say is do make sure that you test a small area first before using the coloured varnish. It does make this clear on the tin. I used light oak and it has dried with more of an antique pine finish. I had already started using mine and had 5 litres so was not sure of returning at that stage. My fault for not testing but I went by the colour swatch on the tin and the fact that it should get darker with each coat. l have emailed Rustins separately about the colour and will now have to order the dark oak to tone the colour down. It would be really useful if tester pots of the product were available.”

“A very quick and efficient service. You get an email confirmation when you order and then again when your item is dispatched. As promised the items were delivered with in the 2 to 3 day time span. No complaints at all.”
