“We needed a second remote training collar that we could use with the transmitter we already had and we needed it in a hurry. We went back to Colin at The Dog Line as he has helped us with training collars in the past. Colin had our new collar in the post and gave us all the advice we needed to get the second receiver up and running in no time. Now we have one very happy hound safely running free on the beach once again.”

“I needed a new e-collar over Xmas as my faithful SportDog Fieldtrainer died after 15 years of service. The Dog line not only managed to get me a new model in no time flat but they liaised with me during the transaction for peace of mind. Great service, great products. Can’t be faulted. “Thankyou so much for the dog wire fence works with a charm dogs were always out fence and now they won’t even go near fence and best thing I have a long driveway and we got a rubber mat covering wire across driveway and they won’t even go across the Mat so we can leave Gate open. Would recommend this product to any one Thankyou so much for your help”

“Awesome product. The dogs know exactly where the edge of our rural property is. It has fences that the average staffy would laugh at. I was worried about them crossing the line And getting confused when we go for walks but they have totally got the concept that harnesses on mean the dog line “isn’t working”😉 We have also saved the outdoor furniture from Dozer who likes to use table and chair legs as chew toys and stopped them sleeping on top of my plants in the garden beds. It also saved our dogs lives as they were getting over the pool fence and running across the pool cover, it’s now got a run of wire around it.”

“I live in a beautiful area with generous sized blocks, but fences are not permitted. The wire fence was easy to install and the support was friendly and helpful My 2 little dogs quickly learned where it is and can safely roam within the area The wire fence gives me peace of mind. I no longer need to worry if they slip out of the door”

“Gus is my 12month old, unsocialized Irish Wolfound (due to Covid). He LOVES other dogs but has no idea how to play with them. He totally ignores me and runs toward the other dogs, therefor scaring them because of his size and energetic attitude. I used the collar for the first time yesterday on Gus and there was a massive difference in his recall and behavior. He now listens to my voice and he is loving the praise I give him when he comes back to me. Highly recommend!!!!!”

“Amazing customer service! Colin and the team gave me some fantastic advice regarding bark collars for my particularly vocal Border Collie. Bonnie's bark is so loud and so piercing that it was causing me incredible stress and frustration and I just hadn't been able to resolve it myself. The Dog Line were able to suggest the right product for me, helped me with a replacement part for a previous order and couriered it to my house SO quickly. Literally the first day of wearing the collar all of Bonnie's barking has stopped and I can now relax knowing I'm not upsetting the neighbours anymore, and I can now better appreciate her for the wonderful dog that she is. THANK YOU!!!”

“I bought a dog collar for my dog from here and it was delivered within days, the product is great! He is a yappy dog, so this shock collar works a treat.. it doesn't cause him any harm, just a little discomfort just like the discomfort his continuous bark gives mine and my neighbours ears haha happy with the service and the product.”
