“Excellent experiance, and flowless process. These guys are awsome! My 545I BMW, known for EMS/CAS loss of sync or what some may call it as "Bricked" ; a crank no start condition where the value of your CAS did not match that of your ECU, causing a crank no start condition. ECU Pro team resync the starting value of CAS and ECU fixing the issue. This issue often occurs when the battery is disconnected and/or when the vehicle is attempted to be started when voltage is low. I was shoked to see a video from them with my equipment working!!! Great people and reasonable prices (excellent price!!)”

“In the first contact the problem was explained to them in a BMW and it was said that it was random and after Running on Street for a while, the computer was sent and the service and shipping was paid. After a few days they sent a video with the computer connected to a bmw and showing that the car was fine, and that they would return the computer because it did not have faults, at that time we contacted them again and explained again that it was random and after running for a while, they said that if that happened like this it was not the computer, I don't understand why they made us send and pay for their review if the response was from the beginning of the process”

“The service and professionalism was excellent. They made the process of releasing the most important parts to my car to strangers very comfortable. Gave prefect instructions on how the process would go, updated every step of the way ,quickly returned my items after the service was completed and my husband car that he refuses to give up is back up and running! Great job ECU pro and very much appreciated 👍”

“Submitting this for anyone who may have seen The ECU Pro come up in searches for VW repair as there are not many reviews from the VW side. For reference: 2015 golf sportwagen TDI with a no start condition and various other codes. Took the chance and shipped my unit. Was notified of status report and ECD along the way. ECU Pro successfully identified ground pins which were shorted and fixed accordingly to get the computer communicating again. Return shipping was prompt, hooked ecu back up to vehicle and fired right up. So far so good - will update if anything changes. Overall great experience thus far and couldn’t complain for the price and turn around time.”

“Well, after spending alot of money chasing a check engine light,....i sent my ecu in to the pros. After a few short weeks, it was returned and no more check engine light. The only thing bad about the experience, was not sending it in, in the first place. I highly recommend these guys. Great communication, great service, and resonable costs.”

“ECU Pro was a great experience to deal with. I sent them a Euro. BCM and received it back the following week! The price was right, especially since this particular BCM was no longer available. It has a great price, a remarkable turnaround, and a happy customer! We will be using ECU Pro again soon.”

“I sent my computer in because I had cause a short and guess was the computer but after they ran a diagnostic and tested it my computer had no issues so they gave me a few suggestions and turns out it was my junction box but still they did an awesome job communicating with me and helping me solve my issue with my car. These guys are awesome and I dont think I would have fixed my car without them so huge thanks to them and im finally back on the road!”
