“I had a mostly good experience with ECU Pro. I would definitely use their service again, but only if I had no time constraint. I was expecting around a week turn around, but it was more like two weeks. In addition to this, it was kind of hard to reach them at times, and I wish & would have received more consistent updates. In the end though, my EWS is fixed and my car starts every time, which makes my life so much easier.”

“Very nice people they repaired my cpc4 module but I had to send it back because it only worked for a hr than it was doing the same thing as before so I called them they told my to return it they found the problem repaired it sent it back and so far it worked fine”

“The ECU Pro replaced the FRM from my 2012 BMW when it was found to be not repairable. The plug and play service is great. No issues with the new unit.”

“I got my new ECU earlier than expected. The support team are very healpful. Always respond to the messages promptly. My only problem was the new ECU I got is still not working properly. Engine started but still in limb mode. When I call ECU pro they told me to send the ecu back , they will test it. I am going to send it back, hopefully they can figure out the problem this time. I strongly recomend this company for your ECU testing and replacement.”

“After a mis-diagnosis performed by another company, ECU PRO ch3cked my unit and found nothing wrong with it, to my relief. Now I can continue my troubleshooting with confidence.”

“Great customer service, price was higher than I wanted to spend, on a car that has 20 year old technology.. I was hoping they could repair the unit, after some checking they said a replacement was the only way. But the customer service they provided off sets the cost.”

“I sent CPC4 for repair and I got a call about the status and i go ahead and let them fix it. and I got it back with in 5 working days fixed. and I am happy. The reason I gave 4 stars I asked to program it with the vin # which is easy on DDL, they ask me $300 extra charge. local Freightliner shop does it for less price. In my openion they need to ne fair on the pricing for programing to vin, if costemor pays for CPC repair.”

“The work was done on time, and with videos. A bit of miscommunication but it worked out at the end. Turn around time to get your stuff back is acceptable with the workload that have and shipping travel.”
