ECU Pro was very easy to work with and quick to send back my items. I love that the testing fee gets applied to your order total if you need a repair or replacement. It’s nice that they send a detailed explanation of what they did and what they found with your item and also a video showing it working in a vehicle. We will definitely use them again in the future if we need to! Thanks!

We knew our Z3 had a problem in the coolant temp sensor circuit. The car would not start and run when on cold starts without help. Is was setting a coolant temp sensor fault We sent it in and they diagnosed the problem and repaired it. We installed the ECU then turned the key on a cold morning and it started and ran as it should!!!!

I was skeptical BC no one does what they say these days, particularly over internet. The best experience with a delicate expensive issue. IThey did exactly what they said and quickly at an amazing price!! would recommend to anyone.

Great customer service. After a few setbacks the team did everything possible to get me replacement equipment fast for a tight deadline. Highly recommended. I own a repair shop and will continue to use ecu pro for all my future customers needs.

We had an issue with a customer's car in which the car wouldn't start and the steering wheel lock was active. Scanned and found CAS module error. Was able to send all the necessary items to the ECU pro team and they got everything programmed and working, even fixed an additional key for us. Great communication and timely service!

I almost gave up hope. My BMW 545 couldn’t idle. The throttle body kept flapping open and shut upon ignition. The master BMW mechanic meticulously diagnosed every connection. The last resort was testing the DME. I shipped out the DME, CAS, and key to ECU Pro with the hope of a miracle. ECU Pro promptly tested the DME and found the throttle valve circuit was shorted and couldn’t be repaired. With prompt communication along the way, they located a replacement DME and cloned all the DME programming. We installed the DME and voila the car started and idled just like new. These guys know their stuff. Thank you ECU Pro!

ECU Pro was great! I got a notification when the package was received and updates along the way. They sent over video proof of working product which put me at ease. The finished product should be arriving today and I am excited!

My BMW would not start in the winter and my mechanic told me it was my computer. I sent the computer out to this company and they were unable to fix it so they sent me another computer which works great. The only issue I have with this company is that they do not call you back everything is done through email.

My car would not start, ecupro gave me confidence that the ecu was not the problem and gave me the codes that had originally displayed on ecu, pointing me in the direction to solve my problem. Which was more than i expected.

Ecu was very reasonable with their pricing and I received my dme back pretty quickly. But as my Indy mechanic installs it back in, my vehicle would start up and then turn off. My mechanic said that it’s having a hard time pairing with my key. I don’t know who to blame. We shall see what happens with my mechanic.
