“Excellent service as usual. Thank you Graham for the upgrade which came in time for a special Birthday!! My husband loves the shaving soap and bowl together with the citrus shower gel - great - a good deal with the reduction. My favourite is the Windsor hand wash; a little pricey but worth it as you only need a little.”

We feel our £2.99 postage rate is very reasonable too, we would love to be able to offer free postage like some of the bigger companies but we just can't afford to do that as a small company. “Adaptor does not fit as solidly as indicated in video talk, so needs care plugging in new plugs, prefarebly not changing much. Your web purchase process did not mention delivery charges until last purchase step, so I accepted the extra £2.99, not wanting to waste more time starting with sites stating free delivery of same adaptor at beginning. Have no recollection whether their price was better or worse than your total, but I do no like the way you concealed your delivery charge until final purchase.”

Sorry to hear the adapter doesn't fit snugly with your plugs, if you are not happy with it you can return it for a refund. Just drop us an email at customerservice@thegardenfragrancecompany.co.uk and we can sort it out for you. With regards to our postage costs of £2.99 no matter how much you spend, we feel this is a very reasonable charge. We do not make money on the postage cost, and as a small company I'm afraid that we can't afford to offer free delivery as some of the larger companies do. The postage rate is not intended to be hidden, it is clearly stated in the 'Delivery' section of our website. We will take onboard your feedback. Thanks, Graham.

“service and delivery was fantastic, the item i ordered was in a completely sealed box and wrapping, but the scent lid won't stay on the bottle and the spray is tricky to use. No fault of the The Garden fragrance company. The fault is with the scent company.”
