“They say a good rescue is as good as a good service. Well so it proved for me. When the parcel i ordered didn't arrive I raised a query with the Gin Parlour's distributor and heard nothing, so I got in touch via the feedback site. Unfortunately two of the Parlour's attempts to email me back went into my junk folder thanks to Mr Microsoft's over enthusiasm. Fortunately and to their credit, the GP kept trying and I got their third email, we sorted out the problem, got the gin delivered and all is now good. Huge credit to the Gin Parlour for going the extra mile to make sure my problem was sorted out.”

I've emailed you twice about the delivery of your order.
APC attempted to deliver on 17th March at 3pm and again on 23rd March at 1:40pm. They have advised the recipient was carded on both attempts to ask them to contact them to rearrange a delivery time, or collection from the depot. I also emailed you on 21st March before the second attempt was made asking you to make contact with the courier.
The parcel is scheduled to be returned to us. I'm happy to get APC to attempt another delivery if you can give me a date (after Monday) that someone will be available to receive it.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I appreciate the lack of parcel is disappointing but APC and myself have been proactively trying to get it delivered, and I am equally disappointed that you felt the need to leave a 2 star review rather than get in touch with us directly in order to let us help.
