I ordered a dresser and chest of drawers from Great American Homestore. The day before delivery I called the store to change my delivery date. They told me they had to charge me another $191.00 to change the date even though my dresser had not even been loaded on the truck and they did not even have a delivery time for me. Ridiculous. I will look at other furniture stores before ever buying from the Great American Homestore again.

I noted with management today a complaint I have with the store. I was notified of an delivery appointment 12 to 4. Problem delivery nan showed Dan hour prior to hthay. We were having a new loveseat brought in. $1100.00. I was headed hone before time to deliver. I was going to move the existing couch , but since they were esrly wife asked they move it into the next room. Was told ok but to write the delivery nan a check to him fir $30.00 personal. Thus in my opinion very bogus. Underhanded. I have a complete new house to furnish. Now I have questions.

Very poor communication about shipment arrivals and internal miscommunications to me as the customer. Lack of concern for customer retention. I won’t ever shop there again.

Took a year to get ordered furniture hit a call that it was finally in and would be delivered they might before delivery got another call that I need to fill out more papers.

Do you really want me too? I just looked up adjustable bed frames online your website. RETAIL 230.00 I was charged 799.00. I am furious. Plus my mattress is not what O wanted, not the same as store

After spending lots of money at this store and furnishing an entire house, couldn't get any help from salesperson or manager with the mattress purchase. This was my last purchase here for sure.

My review would be no stars but that was not an option. This was my worst experience shopping for furniture ever. Customer satisfaction is very lacking. I just regret that I didn't do some research & learned more about this store before I shopped there. I would recommend that anyone do so before shopping for furniture anywhere.

I ordered 2 yards should've been 72" long they sent 1 1/4 it was 44" long I'm very unhappy with this 😕

The movers were on time. One black guy. One white guy. The white guy was the one who actually brought the box spring into our home. He was pleasant at first. I’m like ok he’s nice let me tip him. I had a large bill. Left the house to get change. Came back. He was picking my daughters television up off the floor. I knew he knocked it over. Otherwise why would he be picking it up off the hardwood floor. He then lied about it. I’ve called and called. No answers. No response. Poor service. So he ruined my daughter’s television and then lied about it.

I make a cash purchase in May 2021 for a total of 3549.00. o course with Corvid 19 the delivery of the beds and mattresses occurred in August 23, 2021. Received the merchandise and my daughter's lighted headboard was not working. I forget to share that the manager and sales agent guaranteed delivery for all merchandise by June 30, 2021. Now since the lights on the headboard was not working the sent a tech out and he requested a order for a new headboard. They promised it would be delivered September 30, 2021. It arrived October 8, 2021. We discovered during the new set up that it was only a bad power charger. Shame on the lazy tech that come out to do the initial repair evaluation. I will never purchase anything yet for The Made Great American Homestore again. Customer service was subpar but i must say the delivery tech are awesome! the only thing I would brag about!

My first purchase was amazing; however, I was very disappointed in the service I received with my second purchase. I was told I would receive the second half of order in July. Then it turned into august, then September then December and when I finally complained I was basically told December was good because others were waiting until next year for their orders. After telling the manager I would not be waiting any longer and they could come get the loveseat I had already received back in April he said it would have to inspected first which I was ok with. Hours later I got a call that they somehow would be receiving my order that I’ve been waiting on for months in a week now. I think it’s ironic that I was being told I would have to wait several more months until I said I wanted to return my order. I love my furniture but I Do not intend to purchase from this company again due to the run around I was given while actively paying for furniture I hadn’t even received yet.

The chair was broke, the frame on the mirror was damage. They sold me the floor sample off the floor when he clearly said he had the set in stock. There was writing on the arm of the floor sample and that’s the same piece of furniture they brought to my house. The mirror and chair was replaced but the couch with the writing on it was not replace. So I have a floor sample piece.
