“As of writing this, I haven’t received my products. Website says order was delivered. UPS says shipment was cancelled. Paid for shippment assurance. Funny thing is that I get a prompt to review the products and I haven’t received them. So far not impressed.”

“I placed an order from 2 different Hatch stores and have NOT received my order from “the hatch chili store” but I received me order from “FRESH CHILI” four (4) days ago. So I give “the hatch chili store an F. Respectfully, Steve Naslund, Amarillo Texas”

Hi Steve, FCC drop-ships their products for us so the delay in shipping your order was on their end, ironically. I see that your order was shipped out from their warehouse yesterday and is on the way :)

“Recently ordered 3 dozen chili rellenos. Website says free shipping but I was charged $50 shipping. Rellenos are mediocre at best. Egg coating was too thick and lacked taste. Chilis are small even for anaheims. I expected queso fresco not Monterey Jack cheese. Too much cheese. Overall very little flavor. I was hoping if they’re good I won’t have to make them myself anymore. I can make much better. I won’t be ordering again.”

Hello Stuart, Thanks for your feedback. We do offer free standard shipping on all of our frozen products. You were charged $50 for shipping because you opted for Overnight shipping during checkout. We are sorry to hear that you did not like the rellenos. We use a New Mexican recipe and do our best to make it as true to our traditions as possible. We normally use American cheeses like Monterey jack, rather than more traditional Mexican cheese like queso fresco. Hope this helps. Regards, The Hatch Chile Store

“Despite delivery delay....NOT Hatch Chili Store responsibility...received my order. Chilis were full and flavorful. I make my own hot sauce, and these were excellent. Will order again.”

“Passing through Hatch the past two summers I stopped to get some green chiles. Oh man, they were good, the best I have ever had. This summer I had the opportunity to buy Pinto beans. I'm vegetarian, most of the time, have been making refried beans for decades. These pinto's were excellent, so much better than anything I've made. We are talking making refried beans for almost 50 years. Fresh beans made a big difference.”

“Order process was easy and delivery was timely. Had a hectic day at work so had for dinner that night and tremedously enjoyed by all. Had an avocado that needed used today so used frozen hatch to make guacamole this evening. We do our best to support small business and will be repeat customers over and over again!”
