“My chiles arrived fast and in great shape! I was so excited to get fresh Hatch Chiles all the way up here in Alaska! We get them at the store sometimes but they are always the super hot ones so it was really nice to be able to select what heat level and know you were actually getting what you wanted!”

“I am sorry to report that the chile I received had very little of that good green chile taste and almost no heat at all. Even with the Lumbre chiles. Disappointed. I have ordered from you before and received great tasting and very hot green chile before. I have no idea why this was so different.”

“Having lived in New Mexico for 16 years ( May '2001 - June 2017 ) I know that there is ONLY one chile worth eating and that is NM Hatch Chile. We used to travel from Ruidoso to Hatch each year for it and now we can have it here in Pennsylvania from the Hatch Chile Store. Only one place to buy Hatch Chile.”

“I was lucky enough to find this exceptional same run family owned proveyers of the best Hatch chilies in the country. Not only is there product good but it come wonderfully packaged. If you want the real deal, try them yoy won't be disappointed!!”

“Your chile comes when you say it will. Your chile has almost zero spoilage (and I live on the east coast, on an island, mail is always slower). However, as good as your chile is, your recipes are my favorite thing. Please keep them coming.”

“One star, because nobody reads 5 star reviews. I give the Hatch Chile Store 5 stars. This is the third (or fourth) year I have ordered chiles, and, as usual, they arrive in excellent condition. We roast them almost immediately so we can have them throughout the year. The chiles taste wonderful, and I look forward to our yearly order and roasting sessions!”

“Every year I send a box of fresh green Chile to my son, who lives in Maine. He is the one who lived in NM first, I moved here later. He moved back to Maine, and missed REAL green chile. This yearly tradition means a lot to both of us, and he is is thrilled to be able to roast his own for the authentic taste we love. It always arrives on time, and in great condition. It’s the best!!!”
