“The chili was very good and tasty. We received two 25 pound boxes. The only issue was that when the boxes were delivered. We opened them immediately and found more spoiled chili (about a dozen to 1 1/2 dozen) then we ever had in years past.”

“We moved to Florida 3 years ago and the one thing we really miss about the southwest is green chili season. We have been ordering chillies from the hatch green chili store over that time and they have been very accommodating, have fantastic customer service and our chili's always arrive fresh and in great shape. We will continue to place preorders every year, running out of green chili is not an option for us. Thank you all so much for all the hard work!”

“I have ordered chiles from this company for the last 6-8 years and just received my shipment of 50 lbs which I share with my daughter. They arrived from New Mexico to my doorstep in Florida in fresh condition and we will be roasting tomorrow and freezing. Thanks for running a quality business with a quality product.”

“It truely was Christmas in July...the Green Chili arrived in great condition, every pepper smelled and looked great. Nothing better than the smell and the taste of fresh Green Chili roasting in the oven and then taking a flour tortilla and stuffing that with Green Chili and one would think that they died and went to heaven. The man left New Mexico but New Mwxuico never left the man.. Great reaching out for New Mexico food brings back many fond memories. Thank You for providing the Green Chili.”

“I have never had any issue with Hatch Chile Store, with the exception of receiving frozen my chiles (5# medium and 5# hot) above room temperature and unsafe to eat after sittinf in an environment inconsistent with frozen goods. I wish you would put "FROZEN PRODUCE" clearly seen by the shipper so maybe someone would help expedite them a little. However, you made good on your promise and sent another box of them and I got yhem still a little cool, so I put them in the freezer. I really love your product. Even with higher shipping rates ti insure a two or three day delivery to my address, I would gladly pay for them, they are just that goood. My interaction with your family has been positive.”

“Quality chile always. Fresh, good sized, with no rot or spoilage. The chile heat level is “hot”. It is always constant. If you love fresh New Mexico green chile, ( & don’t live close enough to pick it up yourself) this is the family to buy it from.”

“My order had to be placed 3 times. The first sas the initial order, which never came, because UPS said it had been ruined and destroyed; and Hatch chile was notified. I called and UPS had not notified Hatch Chile, but they sent the order to me again. The second order came completely thawed, and we were afraid to refreeze it, and we couldn't possibly eat it all right away. The third time we ordered the products with 1 day air delivery, $25+ dollars more on top of the $147 already paid. That order came today. The ice was melted, but the products were still frozen... no problem. The customer service guy was very polite through it all.”
