“What is there to say about the best? Send more, is my idea. Your chiles are wonderful. Having met my wife in Tempe over 40 years ago, I have been learning about and loving to eat Mexican/Southwest food. Now back here in Maryland where people do not know green chiles, my favorite Mexican dish is a green chile burro, enchilada style. And my wife's Mexican recipe for green chile is the one from her wonderful friend, who shared Rosie's Family Green Chile recipe. And, of course, Hatch green chiles make the VERY BEST green chile burros, let me tell you. We have started buying over the last few months, and now are beginning to turn other folks on to these wonderful chiles. Give me a couple of weeks and I will be reaching out again. Keep up the GREAT work!”

“Living in Wisconsin, i order 75 lbs of Harch hot chile every year and when it comes my family puts on our sundays best and welcomes it into our house. There is theme music and tears and i again am a hero for a day,or until we run out. Thanks Hatch for making me a Hero. I will post pictures of our special day as soon as we all dry our eye.”

“I ordered Hatch Chili Bacon, Tamales, and whole mild Hatch Green Chilies. I understand the bacon was delayed. I would have appreciated a shipment of Chilies when they were available even if there was a separate shipping charge. All someone had to do is ask if I wanted the separate shipment.”
