“There are few things better than getting a box of fresh Hatch chile with one day shipping from New Mexico! This year I placed a pre order for three varieties months in advance, received a confirmation email for the order, and waited somewhat patiently for the season to arrive. I never had to follow up or ask when I should expect my first delivery - they were on their way weeks before I would’ve expected them! I appreciate the thorough communication at every step from order to delivery, and the product is totally worth it! On my second shipment I had received a UPS notification that the delivery would be a business day late due to weather, which would’ve had the box sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. I reached out to the store to let them know this might cause my package to arrive spoiled. Fortunately the next day UPS had sorted themselves out and my box was out for delivery and did not get held up for the weekend, but nonetheless customer service from the store was very responsive and I’m sure if the package had arrived spoiled they would’ve taken care of it.”

“Used to live in NM + addiction to Green Chile = Thanky for the fix!! In all seriousness, just used some in beef stew crockpot and that was what was missing this whole time!! In the past I’ve purchased the whole peppers and roasted them in my oven but don’t have the time so the frozen ones are very simple to break off and toss in whatever I’m cooking!”

“Love that I can get roasted and peeled Hatch Chiles from the Hatch Chile Store. It cured me from doing all that work myself. All I do is go to the freezer and take a bag, defrost it and enjoy!!”

“Hatches chili is from New Mexico. The best chili for chili verde in the world. I just learned if it gets defrosted put it right back in freezer. It is good for at least two years frozen. LOVE !!! Will continue to use it my lifetime. I'm 88 years old”

“My second order was not as crisp as my first but I roasted it right away as I got and was not disappointed with the outcome or taste UPS was not as prompt with this order. But will definitely order again because my first order was so prompt and was outstanding. Thank You”
