“Love, love, love my green chiles. Moved to South Carolina from Colorado. Missing my spicy food. The chiles are roasted perfectly, ready for me to make my beloved green Chile and rellenos. I recommend you to everyone!!!”

Hi Edwin, per your phone call the beans arrived in great shape and you even cooked with them without issue. After over a week, you found weevils in them. Once you have received beans, we cannot control the conditions they are stored in, nor can we really provide credit for product you have already used and enjoyed. I would definitely store your beans differently going forward and am sorry that you were upset with what happened to them after they arrived.

“I ordered HOT chili and what I have tasted so far is far from HOT. However, maybe when I open the next pound (I ordered 10 lbs) it might be a different story. I also found that our Krogers here in WV is now selling Hatch green chili which pleases me.”

“We buy fresh chile from the Hatch hile store, probably for about 10 years. We normally order 10 pounds of medium, 10 pounds of hot. We have been happy with every shipment we recived, except one time when the shipping company lost the package, which was their problem not the chile stores problem. We will place our order for next year as soon as they staert the season.”
