“We have ordered the whole roasted green chiles before which we love- but I've been curious about the Chile Rellenos. Living in Indiana, we haven't found a great option, and these HIT THE SPOT! The breading is light and delicious- they were super easy to pan-fry at home in no time from the freezer. Such a treat! We will order these again!”

“I grew up in New Mexico, eating my fill of Hatch chiles. In New England, where I live now, there are many chiles, but of course none are like the Hatch. Now, through the excellent service of the Hatch Chile Store, I can have the delicious flavor of New Mexico chiles delivered across the country. It's a relief to know I can rely on them. “I used to live in New Mexico for quite a few years. I miss the food and of course the red and green chile. Because I live there I knew about hatch chile and how wonderful it tastes. I've previously ordered the frozen green chili which was excellent. I live in Illinois now and it arrived fully Frozen. This time around I ordered the three jars of red green and a mixture of both. They taste great! I would recommend anyone if you don't live in New Mexico and you want authentic chile order from hatch chile store.”

“Good quality product. However, I am all about value. The quantity of product for the price paid are not well aligned. This is way overpriced and not at all a good value. The other issue that stands out is the shipment originated in Sacramento, California. I find this odd if not disturbing.”

“Received our order in great shape. Still frozen solid. The relleno filling was not quite what we expected, but was very good. The tamales were great, particularly the pulled pork ones. We will order them again.”

“I have been purchasing Chile from you for the past few years and I am never disappointed with the fresh hatch chiles and the jarred chile. Deliveries have always been on time and never damaged. I have made the corn chowder recipe that I received via email and it was a big hit with my Police Department all gave a thumbs up. So keep those recipes coming.”

“I ordered green chile tamales, smoked pork tamales and the green chile rellenos and couldn't be happier. So delicious! I live in Virginia and miss the green and red chiles of New Mexico. My order arrived within the week and everything was fresh and truly tasty. Thank you!!”

“I've been a customer for years and this year it appears that you're overextended I had to call twice since the initial order was incorrect and, in fact, showed billing going to the person so whom I had sent the gift. Shipping was delayed and, when I called the person couldn't tell me if the chiles had been shipped as part of your most expensive gift bundle. After delayed shipping two boxes arrived and then I received an email that a third box (containing the chiles) had been shipped. Aside from this poor customer service I would also ask that you take a look at how much of your packaging cannot be recycled and therefore is being trashed into the environment. I hope someone at Hatch Chile actually reads tis email.”

“If you think you like chile, you will like Hatch Chile. I'm not a local, but I've been lucky to be in Hatch, NM for harvest. HCS is as good as having a local farmer on speed dial. I'm only ever disappointed when they run out of the limited supply. Get your orders in pronto.”

“I've been using Hatch Chilies since I discovered them while visiting Albuquerque, NM more than 30 years ago. I had a friend's parents pick some that were roasted, I flew in, picked them up, got back on the plane and flew home to Phoenix. In recent years, some friends I went to graduate school with visited a colleague, and we had some roasted and took to our respective homes, Washington and Florida.”
