“We live in North Dakota so finding Hatch chiles is tough. We ordered the frozen roasted mild peppers to have around for making green chili. We bought the frozen diced chiles, which arrived promptly and were frozen solid. Hatch Chiles are THE BEST!! We highly recommend the Hatch Chile Store if you want high-quality delicious chile peppers delivered to your door. :D”

Hello , Thank you for the feedback, please check to see if the product is still cold to the touch upon delivery. Even if it has defrosted a bit in transit, it is safe to refreeze and consume as long as it is cold. “Growing up with NM green chilis then moving away and having to get canned chilis was not the same, then I found Hatch Chile Store!!! I keep a year long supply in my freezer, all my dishes are perfection thanks to Hatch! From pork, eggs, quiche, burritos, tacos, etc., green chilis make it!”
