“The jar chile peppers really good the medium heat isn’t as hot as I thought just enough kick to it. Shipped without issues. The red/green pepper mix needs more red but to complaint on quality”

“Since I was a kid and we went on a road trip through New Mexico, I have never been able to taste these amazing roasted peppers again, until now! With a flood in the market so many "Hatch" pepper themed products I became a bit dismayed that I never get to taste something that good again. But this is it people! The smell, the flavor, just oh so good. Have been making enchiladas, cheese dips, curries, avocado toast, soups and more and absolutely love it!!”

“I ordered 2 packs of the chili rellanos, absolutely delicious! A bit pricey, but worth it! Now I need a great recipe for green chile to put on top! My made up recipe is just average!”

“We have been eating Hatch Chile food for a few years - chili (I use in green chili cornbread), chimichangas, tamales and chili rellenos. We order for ourselves and our son who lives in California, and we are never disappointed. The food is delicious and the customer service is prompt, efficient, and always helpful. Thanks to the Hatch staff for keeping us fed!”

“Excellent products and excellent delivery turn around. Love the salsa's, frozen Tamales and Relleno's. We are just waiting for the chile's to grow and mature so we can receive our 10LBS of fresh chile, which we buy every year.”

“I was tired of buying from the pop ups in the fall claiming to have HATCH green chiles only to be disappointed. Purchased my first order of roasted and chopped medium and also hot. Where have you been all my life Hatch green chile store???? So good. My green chile has never been so good. Thank you Hatch green chile store.”

“I've been buying my green Chile from The Hatch Chile Store for more years than I can remember. I get the fresh during the season and frozen in the winter. Quality is always top notch. I'm always amazed that the fresh show up completely unbruised . Any time I've had to contact the staff the customer service is as good as the Chile. Easy five stars. Art”

“I've oredered from The Hatch Chile store a few times. I can't tell you how happy I was to find this company. They are top notch! Everything is amazing, many items and heat levels to chose from and shipping is fast. I've already placed my order for the fresh hatch chiles this year. “We live in North Dakota so finding Hatch chiles is tough. We ordered the frozen roasted mild peppers to have around for making green chili. We bought the frozen diced chiles, which arrived promptly and were frozen solid. Hatch Chiles are THE BEST!! We highly recommend the Hatch Chile Store if you want high-quality delicious chile peppers delivered to your door. :D”

Hello , Thank you for the feedback, please check to see if the product is still cold to the touch upon delivery. Even if it has defrosted a bit in transit, it is safe to refreeze and consume as long as it is cold.
