Chilis arrived on time and in good shape. They were small this year, compared to past years, but still yummy.

Small chilis thin skins heat OK. Stores here have nice big chilis but no heat.Guess I got stunted chilis, but I love eating them .prayers for rain.

Chiles arrived quickly even in the height of the season. And they're delicious. I give four stars because I think they're a little on the expensive side but as a New Mexico ex-pat I am definitely going to keep using them.

Ordered the Medium Hatch Green Chili And was disappointed when it was mild. Needed it a bit hotter. However the arrival was in great shape - roasted it immediately. Great job on the delivery. Next time when one orders medium please send medium. Thank You

Pam was very patient with me in addressing an issue I had with the amount of spoiled chiles due to some confusion about the shipping. I’m grateful that she send me a second 25 lbs. to replace the amount that had spoiled. Thank you Pam. However, I do have a question. After ordering 50lbs. I received only one box labeled 25 lbs. Is the additional 25lbs also included in the same box?

I do understand that the weather affects the crop. However, in the 40 years that I have been buying and roasting peppers - previously from other suppliers but a few years from you - this year's shipment has been the poorest. The raw weight may be the same, but the yield ended up low and the time required to slip the peels was way longer due to the thinness of most of the peppers. I would like to continue ordering from you in the future but wonder if there is a way you could sort to send only your typical robust pods. I'm sure you can still use the very thin ones for one of your ground products. Btw, on the bright side, this year, shipping went very well and the product was not substantially spoiled by arrival. Excellent but we did not get a shipping notice and unfortunately we were out of town when they arrived. A heads up would have helped. Luckily our neighbor was able to grab them and hold them for us until we returned from our trip. Terry Doyle

Most of the 25 lbs of chiles were perfect but there were quite a number that were partially spoiled. That spoilage was described in an email update on the “pause” a couple days later. Guess I received about 3-5 lbs of chiles that should have been paused. That’s why they only get a four star rating this year. On to the next!

I set up a subscription. I got the first shipment, delivered as advertised. My only gripe is that I can't get the hot chiles already roasted.

I enjoy Hatch products. However, I received an order on 12 July. I received the chili rellenos I ordered, but did not receive the bacon I ordered. I was gone 14-21 July and asked for the bacon to be sent today, 24 July. So far, no notice of bacon being shipped today.

1st order was delayed in shipping and arrived thawed out and warm. Contacted customer service and a replacement order was shipped quickly and arrived on time. The Rellenos are delicious. I have not used the Green chilies yet. They are safe and cozy in my freezer while I decide what to make with them.

My mother in-law lived in NM for 20 yrs last yr she had to move to another state to take care of her mother. She was missing her green chilies she became a custom to. Was a really great mother's day gift to be able to have them. Still don't quite understand why they can't ship whole chilies to Louisiana.

We have been getting Hatch chiles for years and might be addicted. A recent batch we ordered didn't have the hotness we have come to expect, but Daniel at the Hatch Chile Store made it right. He sent a replacement order and we are happy and sated as usual. All good stuff.

Chiles we’re great tasting but the medium green chiles we’re more mild than medium, I was disappointed with that, would have liked a little more heat, I guess I’ll have to go with the hot next time!

Took a while to receive product and then notified by UPS it was in one of their stores. Packages were warm. Product still tasted good. Need to get hot next time. Mild ok but i need a little more spice.
