“NO DRY ICE in package. Food total ruin. Very disappointed. Unlike prior service.”

It looks like UPS delayed your package by a day, which is why it arrived thawed and the dry ice had all sublimed. Please send a message to our support team with pictures of the product. If it was still cold to the touch it is fine to toss in the freezer.

“I have ordered fresh and frozen Chiles from you for several years. Recently, I ordered a bottle of green and a bottle of red chile powder from you. The chile powders are quite good, but your shipping fees are ridiculous. In particular, the “ShipAid Delivery Guarantee” of $3.49 on top of the $11.00 regular shipping charge is a so sad. Billing me nearly $15.00 to send me $26 of chile powders will make me think long and hard before I order products from The Hatch Chile Store again.”

“I placed an order for two things from your store: a jar of green chile and tamales. The tamales arrived without any problems and on schedule. For whatever reason, the green chile never showed up. Even though it might have been a shipment problem or even stolen from my porch, I called your customer support and they sent me another jar right away.
