“The products are excellent. I love the chile relllenos because they don't have a thick, heavy batter. The frozen roasted hot chiles are also very good for making pork green chile.”

“Love my frozen Hatch Chiles! All products from the Hatch Chile Store are the best but the frozen chiles make my year! Re the shipping box below - shipping was longer than overnight as I'd ordered at a weekend but it was on my doorstep on Monday.”

“Recently over 2 orders in 1 week bought 120 pounds of mild hatch chili. Myself and daughter took all day and roasted, peeled, diced and whole pressure Canned these chilis. They are beautiful in texture and appearance. No bruising, no soft areas and no small immature chili. Will buy more next summer for sure. Best flavor ever.”

“Beautiful green chiles! Honestly, they were beautiful! Arrived nicely packed. Were firm, not scarred and 6-8" long. Easy to roast and peel. So, so yummy! Green chile makes everything taste so much better. Will purchase again in 2025.”
