“Thanks to the folks at The Hatch Chile Store for knocking the ball out of the park again! Another year of the best chiles on the Earth, carefully packed, affordable and delivered with notices so we knew when to fire up the grill! This was our second year to order, and our second year with zero spoilage, in spite of the blistering heatwave melting the country. Three cheers for the hard working crew at The Hatch Chile Store!”

“BY THE WAY THE CHILIS ARE PHENOMENAL. I roasted for a few hours and my mom whos is 87 years old comes in and starts at the hot ones, says they are sooooo good. Thank you guys. and the mediums i can't get over how big they are!!!!!!!”

“This is the third or fourth year I have gotten Hatch chilies from the Hatch Chile Store. It is a highlight of the summer to open the box and hunker down to grilling and prepping them. Every single chile was in good shape, fresh, and no bruises. I’ll be ordering from Hatch Chile Store every year!”

“This was the first time ordering peppers and I plan on ordering every year. Peppers were beautiful! We had fun roasting the peppers and making green chili sauce. The flavor is so fresh! The medium peppers offer just a tinge of heat! Great product! Great customer service!”

“Oh my, this is the best cocktail sauce we have ever had!!! Will definitely order this again, and again. I was worried it might have too much of a red chile taste but the seasonings were perfect to give it that zip from a good dip for shrimp.”

“Chile was delivered on Thursday, and roasted on Friday. 25# box and there were no bad pods. Nice large meaty pods that will make great Rellenos or chopped up in other recipes. Shipping is getting more reliable each year.”

“Upon its artival, I started the roasting, peeling and freezing half of the 25 pound box of Green Chili. The temptation was too great and I grabbed two flour tortillas and layered some peeled chili added a little salt and for a moment, I thought I died and went to heaven. The chili was perfect, very tasty and most delicious. I shall roast the remaing chili's on Saturday and complete the process of peeling and freezing the quart freezer bags On Monday, I am going to try the Egg Roll Crispy Chili Rellenos..bought my egg roll wrappers and my shredded cheese and off to town I will go creating future meals. Thank You for being there for us New Mexico people as well as those from other States who enjoy God's favorite New Mexico Chili's.”

“I grew up in New Mexico eating lots and lots of chile ... red and green I now live on the East Coast and the only chile we have available in the stores is poblano, jalapeños and sometimes Anaheim but I have to roast them myself ... I was happy to find the chile here is already roasted and peeled. I bought the frozen mild whole green and the medium chopped green .. very happy with both Will order again !”
