I had a concern with battery life and the laptop casing getting rather hot . I contacted The Laptop Centre who reassured me this was normal for my model of Macbook .

“I ordered a A Grade Mac Book Pro . When I received it had a couple of scuffs on the edge. The rest of the condition was very good, so I contacted Alan who said he thought it was listed incorrectly and agreed to try and source a grade A. Sam contacted me a day later and said they were struggling to find one with the spec I wanted. So Sam suggested to give a contribution and a free laptop bag if I wanted to keep the MacBook.
