“I ordered a lighter with quite specific instructions on how and where the engraving was to be done. As a further complication it was to be engraved both sides. I emailed Adrian my requirements and within a couple of days it arrived and was exactly as I had envisaged. I'm certain my friend will be thrilled with it. I am happy to recommend The Lighter Shop.”

“I ordered a lighter for my son's 18th birthday and had it engraved. I had it delivered direct to him so didn't see the finished item sent but from what his reaction was when i spoke to him he was more than happy with it. The service from ordering and delivery was great and it arrived before his actual birthday. Can't fault the company. Many thanks Donna.”
