“when i ordered the purchase i made a mistake on the engraving and emailed in about it but i never got a reply back from the company, and when i received the item was spelt completely wrong by engraving a L where the G should have been”

“Absolutely disgusted in the service I have received. Have sent 2 emails one week apart letting them know that the lighter does not work (the first email was sent 2 weeks ago) and had radio silence. When you spend £30 on a lighter you expect it to work. It's unfortunate I could not give zero stars. Sort it out.”

“bought a zippo lighter from the lighter shop lasted 8 hours was a gift design fell off the front. contacted lighter shop 3 times and still had no reply would not recommend or use again.”
