“I have gone through 2 pairs of muckboots within 1 year! First pair the soles unglued and they replaced them. The second pair there was a crack forming above the foot bend! My boots were never stored in elements. Contacted the customer service to discuss solution on their product for my second pair and due to us being International Customer they only offered 60% off anything on their website. After the terrible experience I've had we will no longer support Mucks and find a brand that stands behind their product.”

“Scam site. Ordered a pair of boots. Was sent a cheap knock off hat. Was offered 40%refund for their supposed mistake.Emails back and forth. Been now told they are not sending any boots and won't refund.”

“I've been wearing Muck Boots for 40+ years. I've now purchased my last pair. I brought a pair of the Chore boots last winter to have ready to go in the Spring. I got them out this week and shockingly, the FIRST day I wore them, when I return to the house and removed the boots, my socks were WET! Boots leak right out of the box. No more Muck Boots for me. Very disappointing, not to mention all the money I wasted on these expense boots.”

“Definitely DON’T Recommend buying Muck Boots! I bought mine in winter and I was using them, I would say, every second day for about 3 months, just for walking a dog (so in my opinion very light usage) During that time the inside lining in one of the boots started breaking up where the stitching was (back on the heel). I have now a hole in the lining and it rubs and is unconfortable to wear! I reported the problem to MuckBoot to find out that it was my fault as “deemed as fair wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.” I tried to explain that in my opinion the hole was caused by the stitching that wasn’t finished properly and over time started to break. No one listend! I ended up with very expensive (original RRP £210!) and very unconfortable boots! They were to last for years and didn’t serve me properly even for 3 MONTHS!!! DON’T BUY MUCKBOOTS, THEY ARE POOR QUALITY!”

“Boots advertised as in stock and delivery in 3 - 5 working days. 10 days later, no order update or communication. No reply to email to customer service, so I call them to be told they are out of stock and won't be available until end of the year. Terrible service, won't be going here again!”

“Split in less than a year. I bought these boots as a gift, so needless to say that I am VERY disappointed by the VERY POOR QUALITY of what I thought were good boots. If you need a brand to feel good about yourself, go ahead and buy these boots, but be prepared to send them to landfill in less than a year!”

“Terrible quality Cracked after a year and no refund/repair/replacement. Company said it was normal wear and tear - none of the wellies I’ve owned for years have cracked or leaked Absolute waste of money I would not recommend and will never buy again”

“I bought a pair of Muck Arctic Pro Extreme boots with Real TreeEdge because the tag on them advirtised a confort range of -60F/-50C_30F/-1C and the first time out in 28 degree weather realize I had wasted my money. My toes froze even with two pair of socks on. Don't waste your money on these boots because you can't return them after you wear them. It's false advertising all the way.”

“I bought my muck boots six years ago. I used them rarely, like 6 times for photography in rivers and muddy banks. I picked them up for my 7th time and the glue fell apart at the heel and around the front of the boot. They are totally unusable. I had hoped these boots would have lasted so much longer. Awful. Contacted muck boots they are doing the 1 year warranty excuse. Anyone know of a glue which will fix this - I mean they could be least advise me on that. Also Anyone know of better companies, waterproof boots etc.”

“Note the timeline of these reviews. Older than 4 years and it is almost all 5-star. More recently than that it is almost all 1-star. What happened? They were bought by Rocky. My last pair lasted 6 years. I just bought a new pair to replace them and they leaked out of the box. Sent them back, the replacement pair said they were 12s but they were actually 10s. Abandon ship!!!”

“After contacting customer services several times I was told to return to the supplier who refused to acknowledge they were poor quality. Muck Boots are advertised as having durable soles but as the photos show this does not appear the case as they have had very little wear. Very disappointed customer who expected a quality product and I now have MUCK on the outside and MUCK on the inside.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes from muckboots...yard shoes. They sent me a pair of ARTIC BOOTS INSTEAD. I re ordered shoes...a month later, still no shoes. Will NOT process a refund. DO NOT SPEND YOUR $$$$ HERE, U WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!”

“I returned a pair of boots in March 2022. I contacted them April 8 because I still had no refund and they confirmed they received the boots back. They assured me they were processing my return. I called them every 2 weeks after that to be told each time that the refund process had only just started and I should see my refund within a week. It is now mid-May and still no refund. Will never purchase directly from Muck Boot again. WORST service.”

“Placed order in March for garden boots-no delivery. Requested info on order in May told they were out of stock so THEY canceled order. Website has same boot listed $30 more than original purchase. Placed a second order-once again pushing the order out in weekly intervals. They are promoting items at prices they cannot deliver on. I found myself a new garden boot company-better quality and honest business practices. Muck boot is no longer the company it was-”

“Bought a pair of outscape low boots from local retail store. They were a $100 but comfortable and I have knee boots that are muck and have been good. The shoes after no time started to crack, and seams started separating. I contacted muck and they wanted pics which I provided. After two weeks of back and forth, they told me to take them back to the retailer. Don’t know what has happened to their quality control, but these shoes are junk! Can’t believe their customer service either. Be aware, do not purchase this product. Very disappointed in this company and how they handle customer issues, probably will not buy any of their products in the future!”

“my story with the womens chore boots is pretty much like the rest of yuns. I ordered on line during the 50% off sale back in the last week of February. Received them like 6 days later but too small & needed too just get refunded. Did everything they asked you too do & here it is almost 3 weeks that I sent them back for refund and as of this morning still no refund from the people. After Rocky Brand bought them out their boots their customer service their everything went down hill. You can definitely tell when the Rocky Brand company acquired them like 4 years ago because the reviews take a nose dive from nearly perfect score too not even wanting too give 1 on the score board. Just buy Dryshod. & read the story behind the inventor/owner of Dryshod. He was the original muck company designer and creator. You’re welcome.”

“I bought 2 pairs in 1 year they're comfortable but walking around in mud and snow didn't have any luck with them I cannot recommend them to my friends and for the price they should last longer thank you for your time have a great day”
