“I'm afraid I won't be using the Pip Stop again. This was my first order but it was over £100, which is a lot of money for me. There was one can out of stock, which is absolutely understandable and would not have been an issue. I received an email to say whether I wanted it to be replaced, or refunded. Either option would have been absolutely fine but I replied (in 2 mins) and asked for a replacement - but confirmed the delivery date was the important aspect, as I was only in the house that day (I work full time). I was told the courier had already left and there was now no way to meet the original delivery date. I would have expected an earlier email, allowing me to take action before it was too late, or just a decision to have been made - rather than wait until the very last minute to ask me for a decision (which, regardless was already too late to meet my delivery expectations). When the package did arrive, kindly taken in by my neighbour - one of the cans had a pinhole leak, was empty and has soaked the packaging (and my neighbours carpet). I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I made this clear to the company via email but was not offered anything other than an apology. As a new customer I'm saddened by this lack of customer focus, I certainly will not be using the company again and I would caution anyone else against doing so.”

“I have been ordering from the Pip Stop for three or more years now and it's excellent. It has a really good range of beers, which are added to all the time. I live in London now, but used to live in the North East and like being able to get the beers from the North East breweries as well as a wide range of other places. I order for delivery and it's always very fast. Also, unlike a lot of places, delivery of free if you spend over £70, which is good as the delivery charges can put you off. I would definitely recommend the Pip Stop to anyone who likes a good beer :)”

“First time buyer from this site. Online order process was very simple and just ordered as guest asa didn,t want to register online for account. I prefer ordering option as a Guest, but that is my personal choice. Price of beer was good and postage although not free was fair to deliver to Scotland. My only issues was with Courier company, who delivered on wrong day so I missed the delivery and card was left in door. This led to major problems for me trying to actually call and speak with someone at the Courier. Numerous and i mean numerous calls simply went unanswered and my Re-Delivery emails were ignored also so hopefully lessons to be learned here. Contacted The Pip Stop by phone 04-06-19 and they chased up order with Courier and my order arrived today 05-06-19, although Courier arrived unannounced, luckily was able to accept order so big hugs to Pip Stop for stepping up to the plate and sorting it out. Happy jock here and will probably use again. Will probably use the site again to order same beer but concerns with hassle from Courier might put me off ordering in the future. Hopefully this was just a blip but as stated Pip Stop stepped in to sort it all out so happy days :) Cheers Kootzee”
