“The only disappointment with the order is that you emailed me on 16th June at 19:59 saying 'We are pleased to tell you that your order is now being processed and will soon be packed. Once the goods have been dispatched we will forward you a further confirmation email'. Unfortunately this was the last we heard from you. I think it was the following morning when we were getting in the car to go shopping and the courier turned up. If we had been going out 2 minutes earlier we would have missed him!!!! What happened to the further confirmation email?”

“We needed a tv stand for a smaller (42") TV - hard to find. What the Plasma Centre provided was a well priced, strong, good looking piece of furniture that functions well. It was even easy to put together (by a couple of septuagenarians). It came in good shape and on a timely basis. Thus 5 stars (What's not to like?!)”

“Dealing with plasma Centre was a pleasure, and can’t fault their customer service. Originally bought a tv unit from curry’s, but cancelled order next day as delivery went from few days to over a month. Bought from these guys instead, and I’m so glad I did. Placed order with a 3 day delivery, when I bought it changed to 3 to 5 days. I made a phone call to them as I had a 75inch tv in box waiting to be put up in unit, very helpful and pleasant staff who said they would see if they could make it quicker. Result- I had my unit the next day from Gateshead to South Wales, curry’s took another 2months to refund me my money!!!!! Be warned, these guys came through with goods in a day!!!!”
