“As a first time visitor I did not know what to expect. I liked the shoes, the price was fantastic and I even got a discount on top of the low price for signing up to the newsletter. There was only one pair of shoes left, it was my size so I didn't hesitate. All I had to lose was my money, right? Well, as I had missed the cut-off time for dispatch that day by 2 hours, I emailed to see if it would be possible to have my order still sent that day, to which I got a "YES" from the Priory team. So here I am a very happy customer with a great pair of Sebago shoes at more than 50% off delivered the next day. The package was done with care as to not damage the goods and was delivered by our friendly postman. Shame you didn't have the shoes in black also, as I would have gotten 2 pairs instead of one. So yeah, the Priory had the correct meds for me and it worked wonders on my illness. Look forward to dealing with The Priory again in the future. Thanks guys (and gals) :-)”

“A superb experience from start to finish. A wide range of quality, stylish clothing in every department. I found their prices very good too, as I discovered the priory while searching a specific item. Quick delivery and free returns, does it get much better?? The answer to that question is "yes". Having purchased items in the sale on a Monday, then to recieve an email on a Sunday offering 15% off the gear I had bought. I thought it best to contact them about the difference 5 days cost me. Not surprisingly, this classy outfit stepped up again, and refunded the difference I would have saved, if I had bought the items on the later date. Thats top quality customer care in my eyes. Will definitely shop here again soon.”

“The item came quickly and the price was good compared to other websites/shops. I would have liked more info on the kind of leather the gloves are made of, e.i. Is it water resistant or not, how can I clean it, more detailed sizing info etc. Also, I was expecting slightly better craftsmanship from Hestra, the two thumbs are not sewn in exactly the same shape, although it is not clearly visible from the picture. The leather is very soft and the colour is beautiful.”
