“Quick, fast, and efficient service. My house was priced realistically to sell based upon advice provided by the Purple Property Shop. A number of viewings were organised with a sale agreed within a month of placing the property on the market. The service provided by all the staff was excellent with care and attention and a desire to ‘go that extra mile’. Very impressed and would highly recommend.”

“I chose Purple Property to sell my house as they had proved an efficient, professional service for my son, who had recently purchased a property through them. My dealing with all the staff proved satisfactory to my requirements and all staff provided answers to my many queries with regular updates. From valuation to completion was completely seamless and I would highly recommend the team at Purple Property. It is also worth mentioning that I was impressed with the photos and details produced in order to sell the property via brochures and internet listing. The total cost of selling my property was both reasonable and value for money Highly recommend Many Thanks Barbara ( Bolton )”

“As a maintenance contractor I have found Purple Property to be very fair, thorough and efficient in their dealings with day to day breakdowns and problems. Communication is quick jobs are sanctioned in away which is fair to both landlord and tenant”

“Good agents. We agreed with their valuation and we got an amount for our house that we wanted. Thanks to Lynne for always being on the end of the phone when we need to talk about how things were going with viewings. We would recommend you to anyone needing to sell their house.”

“When we came to sell our house we booked 3 valuations, and while the other 2 were OK, Matt from Purple Property Shop was a different class, he spent over an hour explaining everything to us in detail and their fees were a fraction of the other agents. Danielle came to do the photos and she made our house look so good we even had second thoughts about moving!! We had quite a few viewings and a few offers, but in the end we decided to hold out for the offer we really wanted. It was worth the wait as after about 2 months we got an offer for the full asking price and the extra money made moving to our new house that little bit easier. Lynne kept us up to date all the way through, and we always felt we could phone her at any time - even on a Sunday! Very happy with the service and our new home.”

“I initially had my house on the market with another estate agent in Bolton and after a few months with limited interest a friend recommended Purple Property Shop to me. Right from the start I noticed the difference, the photos were so much clearer and brighter and the 3D floorplan looked amazing. We had six viewings in the first week, more than we'd had in many months with the other agent. By the end of the second week we were under offer and the stress of the previous months was lifted immediately. James kept us up to date throughout as he liaised with our buyers and the solicitors. I would be happy to recommend Purple to anyone selling in Bolton (in fact I know that one of my friends that have used them since). Thank you so much for all your help. Catherine.”

“I am pleased with most aspects of the Purple Property Shop organisation. Staff are friendly and helpful. The area I was not so pleased with was in inspections and following up actions that the tenant should take. It was only when I insisted on accompanying the inspection process I saw it was not a system that made sure recommendations in the reports were going to be carried out. As the tenancy is coming to an end for the first time I am going to witness if the condition of my house is returned as the tenant leaves after 3 years. At present I think it will take more than the value of the deposit to put it right.”

“The Purple Property Shop manage a tenanted property for me. I choose the Purple Property Shop after meeting with a number of local agents. I thought they were competitive, enthusiastic and engaged...I was right!. They are now in the second year of managing this let and have dealt with all the formalities around paperwork and inspections as well as organising the inevitable repair or maintenance task. The process has been pain-free and excellent value and I would certainly use them again”

“I was fed up with self managing our buy to let properties so after being let down by a number of other agents in Bolton, I was introduced to the Purple Property Shop. And I'm delighted to say they were a revelation. The entire team are invaluable when it comes to managing our buy to let properties. They take care of everything from finding and managing high quality tenants to dealing with repairs. They even sort out our tax returns for us. A brilliant service from a brilliant team. If you are looking for a superb management service for your buy to lets, I would definitely recommend them.”
