“I couldn't find a product a friend had advised me she'd bought there. After hunting the store I finally found a staff member who couldn't have been less interested. She told me to go to Customer Services and someone there would help. Having waited in the queue at Customer Services I was palmed off with "well if you can't find it we don't have it". Sadly the staff are the most unhelpful I've encountered in a long time”
“Bought an item from The Range and its seller, 'its coming home'. The goods arrived late and were not as described. I was given an address to return the goods to by The Range (I had to pay £30 to return the two large boxes). Now I am being told I returned it to the wrong address. You just couldn't make it up. Wrote to the CEO and they are still making a hash of this. Guys under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have to refund me, you made the mistake in providing the wrong address!”
“Had to return some Christmas lights today 12/12/20 unfortunately I had lost my receipt ,Ho were the young girl on customer service this morning was so very helpful and managed to trace my order on computer.
There was another lady with her ,unfortunately did not get their names .Thankyou so much above and beyond to help me .
