“Booking was easy and three of us had two 3-hour lessons with Jacob who was amazing. He was patient, helped boost confidence and tailored his tuition to really get the best out of each individual. I needed a bit more support at the end of the week so The Snow School supplied another 1 to 1 lesson with Filippo at short notice. Filippo was great and really helped me get my ski legs and confidence back on track.i had the best time thanks to this team. Would always come back to The Snow School. I used ESF a few years ago but this experience was a thousand times better. Thank you guys. Until next time…”

“The snow school provided a wonderful instructor who was able to switch seamlessly each day from skiing with my 2 year old (who adored him) to spending the rest of the day helping me with my turns! Worth every penny, we will be back next season.”

“From start to finish, the Snow School team were great. Really responsive when I was contacting them from home which is helpful as you need to be able to build trust. They seemed to be more flexible than most other schools too. I was able to tailor-make a lesson for me and one of our party, rather than just have set sessions which seemed to be the only things that lots of the other schools offered. Once we were ready for the first lesson, I've got to give huge credit to Raab - he was excellent. Prompt, helpful, friendly and welcoming and very, very patient. Which, with me, as a 55 year-old novice, he needed to be! His help was so good I booked another lesson with him! So overall, from first getting in contact with them to my final lesson, my experience with The Snow School was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Well done guys and thanks for everything.”

“My children (7 and 4) came in and out of their lessons absolutely beaming every day. They had a wonderful time with Fillipo and Max and the results were incredible. Neither had skied before and by the end of the week they were skiing green and blue runs with us. Knowing they were so happy and in very capable safe hands meant we could go off and ski without worrying about them. They are already talking about going back next year! Thank you Snow School for making it such a brilliant first family ski holiday for us.”

“We had the best experience learning to ski with Jacopo. As complete beginners, we had no idea what to expect and were feeling a little nervous. Jacopo put us completely at ease. We progressed rapidly over the six days of lessons, and felt like we got to see a lot of the mountain. Even though we were away from the rest of our group, learning, we didn’t miss out on the ski experience. Jacopo taught us in such a considered way, breaking down each move into different components and then building on these as the lessons went on. We also got exposure to the other aspects of skiing which can be intimidating for beginners: navigating the chairlifts, moving around the different runs, etc. He managed to keep the lessons fun and interesting, and expertly balanced teaching the pair of us so we felt equally attended to. We were very pleased with our progression by the end. We could ski calmly and competently - mission accomplished! Communication with the school was easy and reliable, and the instructors all have distinctive uniform so meeting up that first day is simple. Jacopo is an excellent instructor, and we would definitely use him again if we return to Meribel. I highly recommend the Snow School.”

“This was my first experience skiing on proper slopes and I had the pleasure of taking private ski lessons with Filippo, and I can't recommend the experience enough! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. Filippo was incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, so easy to get along with. His friendly and approachable manner made the lessons enjoyable and stress-free. He was patient and encouraging, tailoring the lessons perfectly to my skill level. He focused on areas where I needed improvement, and by the end, I could feel a noticeable difference in my technique and confidence on the slopes. The personalized attention you get in a private lesson is worth every penny, especially. If you're considering private ski lessons, don't hesitate—ask for Fillipo if you can! You’ll not only improve your skills but also have a great time doing it.”

“Our two children aged 7 and 10 recently attended beginner ski lessons with the Snow School in Mottaret. We decided on three afternoon sessions during the week as this suited our family. We were so impressed with the lessons that were provided by both instructors we met - Sylvia and Paul. There were just 4 children in their group including my two, which ensured they progressed very quickly and by the end of the week they were both confidently doing blue runs and even went to the family park to try some jumps. Both children loved the lessons and were so excited to tell us where they had been and what they had done each lesson. From the start we felt that the kids were well cared for and safe and they always came back tired but very happy. We would definitely use the Snow School if we came back to the Three Valleys”

“We had an incredible week of skiing in Les 3 Vallées as a family of four, and our experience was made unforgettable by The Snow School and our amazing instructor, Filippo. His professionalism, skill, and ability to adapt to all of our different needs and abilities was truly remarkable. From day one, he made us feel safe and supported. Mum was nervous about picking up skiing again, but he showed endless patience, encouragement, and tailored instruction that boosted her confidence immensely. For the more experienced skiers in the family, he pushed everyone to improve, challenging our abilities in a way that was exciting yet always safe. The kids absolutely adored him, and by the end of the week, we were all genuinely sad to say goodbye. In fact, we’re already talking about returning next year. Five stars easily for our experience with The Snow School from initial enquiry and booking, through to the fantastic instructor. If you’re heading to Meribel and you're lucky enough to get Filippo as your instructor, you’re in for a fantastic experience!”

“Our party of 2 x 4 year old children, 2 adult inter-mediates and 2 x 70 year old beginners were very lucky to have Alberto and Tia as our instructors. How Alberto coped with the kids I've no idea but they loved the week and progressed so speedily they were on adult green runs by the end. Tia looked after us, improved our skills and made the week really fun. We are likely to return to Meribel next year and would certainly be using The snow School again. Thank you from all out party.”

“We tried skiing for the very first-time in our 30s and so, we were extremely nervous in the beginning. However, Tea was absolutely great at calming us and building our self-confidence. After a week with lessons with Tea and self practice, we can now ski with confidence and most importantly, enjoy the mountains!”

“Super efficient response to questions for booking and very quick and easy booking process. And that was just the start of a truly fabulous experience. We were a mixed groups of intermediate skiiers and Paul and Tia managed to cater for us all, challenging but not overdoing; and really positive technical help and advice on how to improve. Which we did. A superb mix of coaching and practice on breathtaking slopes. I loved every minute and would highly recommend this school.”

“Brilliant! Really cared for the kids. Low numbers. We have just returned today from a fantastic week in Meribel. We cannot thank you enough for the experience that we have had with your company. My son aged 4 was with Chiara and Alessandro all week. They were brilliant with him, and me as his worried mum!! The very small groups of 7 to 2 instructors and then 3 to 1 instructor was great for my little boy. By the end of the week he was saying mummy I love Chiara and Alessandro! He really progressed in confidence and ability. He's went on green and blue runs and could do drag lifts, chaos lifts and magic carpets. First learnt pizza and then French fries! (Snow plough and parallel by end of week). 4 hour lessons in the morning the best from 9.15 to 1.15. They took them to a cafe for a break half way. My lad is in reception class in England and they were brilliant with him - teaching him how to ski. My friends boy, aged 14, was with Ghia. He too had a fab week and thanks for moving him up quickly through the groups. The ski certificates on the last day were great and the kids were really proud. Also to say Sarah was really kind and great to be around on the mountain and very helpful indeed. Pre trip support and advice exceptional Great service. Having done 26 school ski trips I know what is right and what isn't. This was 1st class. (Ps other companies might charge slightly less but are having 12 in a group!!)”

“My son and I had 9 hours of private lessons with Ciara mainly on moguls. We learnt a lot and had a great time; getting expert advice in all the lessons. My legs still ache. Lessons were easy to book and tailored to what i wanted i would happily use the Snow School again.”
