“This soap not only smells glorious but it lathers up to the consistency of double cream. I love how this feels on my skin and use it to wash my face every day because it leaves it silky soft and squeaky clean without drying it out. For the price, I recommend you buy these before they sell out!”

“I decided to use The Soap Story as an alternative to Lush for a Christmas gift this year. Partly because I like to support smaller companies, and partly because I liked the look of a couple of products on the site. Postage took a little longer than expected, but with half the UK on strike, I can't blame that on them. However, the products I bought smell amazing. I'm particularly taken with the soap sponge which might not make it to the person it was bought for. Either way, I doubt that this will be the last time I order, very impressed.”

“I do love your products, and have benn loyal to the brand since I first saw it a few years ago, but I have noticed a distinct difference in the size of your products and the branding this year. It does seem as if your products have shrunk since last year, and I have to be honest the new branding seems a bit no frills. I used to love the mermaid product branding but it all looks a bit like something you would buy from a cheap market stall. I hate to say this because I really love the mermaid line of soaps and fragrance and always used to shout about them to friends and family and give them as gifts in hampers, but I don’t think I would now because whilst the product is still lovely (albeit smaller) the branding gives the impression that it’s cheap- which it really isn’t. Not sure whether I will be continuing to buy as it doesn’t seem like value for money any more with less product and glum packaging.”

“I am absolutely delighted with the soaps I ordered for my granddaughter. Exactly as described. Ordered and delivered within the week, smell beautiful and I even received an extra Christmas one which was such a lovely touch.
