Not happy, the young girl with the tatoos was so aggressive and fast getting the fish out of the tank when we got home the fish were almost dead from stress and two of the fish wernt even the fish we chose. Same thing happend a few weeks ago when we got her and that evening one of the fish died. She needs to be taught how to get fish out of a tank without stressing them out. Very rude like she didn't want to be there. I have brought a lot of fish and equipment there in the past. And now will only talk to the awesome guy that has been so helpful in the past that now works in the office working on your website taking pictures of the fish. He is so helpful with great information. I will still be comming there but going to be picky on who I talk to. If it wasn't for her and another young guy that only likes salt water fish i would give a 5 star rating.

I would have given 5 stars but if you go there on the weekends they don't have enough staff. I have waited over half an hour to be served and end up leaving

Fast order processing and delivery. Good online process to find & select items for purchase. On this aspect of the service, 5 stars. Overall rating is only 3 stars because there is no guest processing - system forces you to create an account & password before purchasing can be completed. Yet another business we have to unnecessarily rely on for absolute account security, when their professional expertise lies elsewhere.

Look I’m not complaining at that about the products in general, but I bought about six plants three weeks ago They are already dissipated I’ve got two other plants in the tank that I’ve bought from another place about eight months ago. They are thriving and growing. When you buy plan to expect them to live especially when they’re in pristine water and get fertilised every week I know your turnover is high so please pass on this review to where you get your plants from

Had 4 people when I walked in ask me are you right which was annoying, then when I went to pay for goods i was purchasing waited for 1 man behind counter serving another customer to serve me . Very poor standards in Tech Den.

The staff member who helped us was fantastic. I have a reef tank, so I mainly after Reef products he was very knowledgeable with corals, etc. But I had actually had gone there to buy some fish for my tank. There was hardly anything to choose from. I drove 45 minutes each way as I wanted to buy some fish. A very disappointing for reef fish stock

Staff member that I dealt with wasn’t very knowledgeable and had to wait for someone with more knowledge to attend. Otherwise all staff very friendly and kind.

The strombus nails were overly price I was made aware of after purchasing them I could buy them elsewhere for $15 each. I am disappointed and will consider purchasing livestock elsewhere. The customer service was excellent. Good job Tom

To be honest I left a little disappointed with the whole experience first items were cancelled and refunded I assume due to stock issues which means that I need to reorder and pay for postage I tried to buy all the items at once to save on postage Now the postage has been delayed so I now have to buy some food locally to see me though till the shipment arrives Overall I know there only small things but I still feel disappointed with the whole experience

I have a couple of issues I would like to bring to your attention: 1. Whenever I have been to your aquarium, there has never been enough staff on hand, but I must say those with whom I have dealt have always been very helpful and knowledgeable, but you really do need to take the pressure off them, by having more available and the experience for clients is then more pleasurable and more likely to lead to clients buying more. Otherwise, if there is anything one may need that is aquarium-related, then I'm sure you have it. 2. A bit more signage as to where stock is located would also be helpful.

Hi. I ordered the sea chem prime with slime coat added and I only received the the prime.. if I ordered the normal one I would have got the 1000ml as it was cheaper. The order does say with slime coat, I also rang to confirm the order. My contact is 0419900509

Service was good and pricing OK. Cost for delivery was very high and not at all commensurate with the items purchased.

Was a hassle to get a replacement air pump, also made worse that there were no replacement diaphragms now for 5 months (not Techdens issue)
