“Absolutely first class service! I ordered my item on Sunday, and it arrived Tuesday, only one hiccup, I had a different delivery address to the billing address, but still the courier emailed me with the billing address, I phoned tool post who confirmed my delivery address and also said Would contact the courier, which she did, as a confirmation email came through too say as much, yet still they delivered it to the wrong address, thankfully my neighbour had just popped home and signed for it! Apart from that many thanks for a great price and product”

“I was extremely impressed by the the way Toolpost dealt with my query and subsequently with my order. I had made a mistake on my post code so I phoned them to correct it and, as promised, the following day my order was delivered to the correct address. Excellent service and very efficient! “This week ToolPost supplied a backplate for a chuck. The backplate was machined slightly eccentric to the 33mm bore resulting the chuck not running true. Advised ToolPost of the problem supported with a few pics and 24 hours later a replacement backplate arrived at the workshop. Chuck now runs as smooth as a die. First dealings and experience with ToolPost and will not be the last. Thank you Toolpost, well done and an exemplary after sales service support. Laurence Rooke Suffolk”

“I have used Toolpost since I moved to Portugal - where I spend a lot of time turning wood. I have found their tool selection to be very good - and their service excellent. Peter Hemsley and his staff have always helped with any advice and it is good to be able to rely on a first rate company that sends by reliable courier to a tiny village in north Portugal!”
