“This is not the first time I buy from the Toolpost and their service is great as always. Delivery time is fast and it is accompanied by a string of communication so you know where is your parcel and how soon it is coming. I would highly recommend Toolpost to anyone.”

“Their website is comprehensive and provides helpful advice. It is a little idiosyncratic in terms of layout but not difficult to find things when you are used to it. On line ordering works well. They have very helpful, polite and knowledgeable staff when you telephone. My order was processed the same day and received by courier the following day. Two items were out of stock. I was advised of this by email. The bulk of the order was despatched immediately and the other items are to follow when available. The experience could not have been better and I shall certainly be ordering other items from the Toolpost in the future in preference to other suppliers, who do not match their exceptional level of customer service”

“I was having problems with my credit card on a different order but Toolpost were extremely helpful and efficient and enabled me to order. The goods came within 36 hours of my order and I was kept up to date with the progress continually. I am very satisfied with my order Thank you. Alan - Ulverston”

“I didn't know about The Toolpost before and found their webshop more or less by accident. Very good range of woodworking tools and accessories at reasonable prices. My international order was confirmed quickly and shipped the same day. Pleasant shopping experience and I will most probably come back to them.”

“We did a big order. At least 10 persons from our woodworking club combined the order. French, on top of that. So, you can imagine the range of products ordered. Called to give my credit card number at 1 pm. "Yep, no problem, everything should be there". 5.55 pm, message from DHL, parcel shipped. :-) "Perhaps, you should train some other webshops in customer service" +++”
