“Fast delivery, pretty good quality wood. My only slight criticism would be that the blanks were slightly bowed as they had dried (presumably since being cut) but the movement was only slight and I'd rather it happened before turning than after. No apparent defects in the wood and nice grain pattern. Turned one piece immediately; it was nice to work and took a finish nicely. Nice wood, great customer service and speedy delivery. I'll probably use you again.”

“As I expected, the Richard Raffan skew chisel arrived by dpd the following day at the predicted time. I have purchased several items from Tool Post and always found the firm to be very efficient - I particularly appreciate the excellent website full of good advice.”

“i found out that the fourth item on my list was not in stock. But this emerged only when the other 3 items had been delivered. There was no indication as to when the fourth item might turn up. No-one has been in touch. is this normal?”

“The site was easy to use with plenty of very good information about the products, also the price of the goods I required were very competitive. I ordered one day and received them the next, one item was out of stock and Toolpost rang me the same day I ordered to let me know and inform me that they would be available in a couple of weeks and asked if this would be acceptable, which I agreed. So overall a very good service and I will be buying from Toolpost in the future.”

“Superb, for many many reasons: 1. Great range of quality products, and they are in stock as well... 2. Very attractive pricing, must create a headache for (e.g. French) competitors 3. A rare combination of good website interaction, and personal, friendly, and knowledgeable people on the phone for sorting out orders and questions 4. Not same-day, but same-hour expedition of orders! In Search of Excellence? I think I found it. Highly recommended”

“I have never been disappointed at the response from The ToolPost. I have purchased bits and pieces over a ten year period and have always felt that I've not just got what I wanted but excellent customer attention and service as well. Latest example was my quandary over which backing plate to purchase for a chuck running on an old Graduate lathe. An e-mail to Peter got a swift response, telling me exactly what to place in the on-line shopping cart. I placed the order on Sunday evening and the part arrived mid morning on Wednesday in NW corner of Europe - County Donegal, Ireland! Now I can use two chucks and reduce 'fiddle time' involved in changing back-plates and jaws. So - more time to turn! Thanks - John G”

“I ordered number 3 jaws for my Oneway chuck. They came very quickly as promised and I have been using them already ( three days after ordering). As it happens I had a query about chucks from a chap who had been on my website, and I rang the praises of Oneway and The Toolpost to him last night, so you should be getting another customer there. Keep it up.”
