“Well wrapped and fast delivery. Only problem was they didn't email me to say they had sent it out. I got a message from a courier as to when to expect a delivery, but had no idea who it was from. Since I had a number of items on order, from different suppliers, I had to wait until I got the package before I knew it was from The Toolpost.”

“I orderd a part on line, went through the payment process and clicked the pay now button. Nothing happened, so I assumed the transaction had gone throigh. Next day I received a polite E/M explaining a problem with payment and asking for a card number, Supplied the number and next day the package arrived as requested. This I consider was good service.
