“I got this to install in my gazebo; it's mounted onto a motorized unit in the ceiling that brings it down to a proper viewing angle. It's super solid and so far is working great. I got the 55" version with the anti-glare glass. I do get glare during the day as my swimming pool is nearby. Shipping was quick and the instructions were clear. I had some questions before I ordered and the staff was super helpful. The unit is pretty large. I purchased a weatherproof soundbar through another vendor and had my contractor mount it on top of the unit because the fan port is on the bottom. If I had to improve the TV Shield I'd look for a way to easily mount a soundbar on top or beneath it.”

“Amazing protection for regular smart tv placed outside in my backyard! Had to take tv down to access HDMI port and while the tv shield was covered in pollen and outdoor dust, the tv barely had a speck of dust on it!!”

“So far it’s exactly what we were looking for..we wanted an outdoor tv that we didn’t have to lug in/out since we do not have a covered area or pool house. It definitely takes a couple strong people to put it up and positioned correctly but we do love it, I guess my only complaint is the glare when watching through the shield, we have not tried lifting it up and watching Bc it was quite difficult to latch the cover closed”

“Awesome item and I’ve had 5 years. Only advice is always buy bigger shield than tv because you will need the room for all the cables and boxes and stuff. Also for access to HDMI. Wish I had known that. If 50” TV buy the 60” tv shield”

“I have had the shield outside in my screen porch for five years and it has worked! No issues with humidity(put the humidity cups in there five years ago and have not replaced them), freezing (have not had to use the heater), dust or insects. It is amazing and everyone wants to know where I got it. It is so much more cost effective than buying an outdoor tv because you can change out TVs any time you need to upgrade to the latest new technology, which would cost a lot more to do if you had to replace a traditional outdoor tv. Get this, it works!”

“This product works well. Ours is mounted in full exposure to the elements and we have had no issues so far. We’ve synced the tv with a Bluetooth speaker so we keep the enclosure closed up and it works well.”

“I looked at the TV Shield for over a year before being ready to buy. I had questions and my emails were answered promptly. I got it put together last weekend and love having this option! It's a bit hot now in AZ, but I expect to be out there fall to spring! It looks great and I have no regrets!”
