“I took my Detomaso watch for a new battery in Chester. They cleaned up the strap as well as replacing the battery. Also they set it to the correct date and time for me so I could wear it straight away. I was very pleased with the service.”

“1st class service yet again. As someone who feels lost without my watch, The Watch Lab provides high quality and speedy service when replacing the battery in my TAG Heuer meaning I have it back within the hour. Excellent customer service Nottingham, well worth the 25 mile drive to get to you!”

“I bought a very nice DKNY watch from Lorna at the Watch Lab that had been discounted. I am so pleased with the watch and the excellent service I received. On the strength of purchasing a watch from them she gave me a discount on cleaning and sorting out the strap on my watch. So all round a very happy customer.”

“The Employee Greer was courteous and seemed quite enthusiastic in what he does. He reassured everything was insured, so there nothing. To worry about and he measured my wrist and said it would be 30 minutes and I could go about my business after filling in a little paperwork. I returned and it fitted perfectly first time. Well done. One thing I would like is a message stating my watch was ready. Other than that, pleasant visit. Grand SEIKO Snowflake.”

“I wanted to get a new battery for my watch without having to leave it with a jeweller who would send it away somewhere. I did not want to use a very cheap 'stall in the street' style of place having had a bad experience before. I got off to a good start with Watch Lab because the people were so polite and welcoming. They had the reference material for my watch so they know they could do the job. They gave me good advice about re-sealing the watch. The work was done within 30 minutes as they said they would. When I collected the watch I was given good comments about the inside condition of the watch - nice to hear and reassuring that they thought of it. So, I'm pleased with the job done, and the great manner the people had with me, the customer. Genuinely, getting a new battery, made a good day. Braun watch. Cribbs Causeway, Bristol branch.”

“The quality of the repair, value for money and the speed in which they fixed my Skagen watch (the same day), was excellent. I also went in the following week to get an extra hole punched into the strap and they did it there and then. Couldn't come more highly recommended. Branch: Leeds, Trinity. Watch: Skagen Grenen leather”
