Laughable really. They claim to provide a repair service for Omega watches, so I took my Seamaster for a simple bracelet pin replacement. I was told the watch would have to be sent to Leeds for repair and take 4 to 6 weeks.

The worst customer experience ever, explained exactly what was required. Understood Glass for my watch was no longer available. assured by regional director they could assist. Work was carried out with incorrect Glass. Price was astronomical and a small refund was provided as compensation. Watch then took months to return. Would not recommend this company!

Dropped in to the Glasgow branch in Buchanan Galleries to see if the guys could swap the strap on my U-Boat Flightdeck and was very pleased with the swift, professional service I received, thanks.

We received excellent service from the Leicester Watch Lab based in HIghcross. They were happy to answer all our questions regarding our watch service and the work was completed before the expected time scale.

Last Saturday 19/8/2017 I took my Tag Heuer F1 watch to the Watch Lab in the Oracle shopping centre in Reading. It required replacement batteries. I had used the Watch Lab 3 years ago for the same reason and was very pleased with the result, which was why I was happy to use their services again. Matt and the rest of the team were well informed and very helpful. I was impressed with the fact that they had kept my details on file and that they knew my watch. I will not have any hesitation in using them again or recommending them to friends and family. Many thanks.

On sunday i ordered a Hugo Boss watch as a surprise for my sons 40th birthday, it arrived first post this morning tuesday which was a delightful surprise. I have never bothered trying to track anything before but with it being something special i thought i would give it a go and it was fun to follow my purchase from start to delivery and then to open all the packaging and see the watch all i can say is if my son likes his watch half as much as i do then he will love it. I would recommend watch shop to anyone thinking of purchasing a watch, and i might just have to go back there my self soon for a watch for myself

I took two of my wife's watches, an Emporio Armani and a Michael Herbelin, to the Leeds store for new batteries and re-sealing. The service was excellent and, whilst not cheap, I do believe that I got everything I paid for. Can't speak highly enough of the staff and the service.

I was initially a little concerned by some of the reviews here (though all were for shops in the South...seemingly a lot in Kent), but having spoke to 2 of the leading jewellers here (one of which is a registered Tag reseller) I went and spoke to them... have to say, within 45 minutes my Aquaracer was cleaned like new and fitted with a new battery, where anybody else would cost the same, probably more and take approx. 5 weeks! Very pleased with the personable, professional and super quick service - thoroughly recommended!

UPDATE TO BELOW ORIGINAL VERIFIED REVIEW:- A few days after posting the below two star review I received an e-mail from The Warch Lab asking me to review their service and stating that Richard Hancock would be delighyed if I mentioned him by name! I am astonished! Clearly The Watch Lab arrogantly believe that my review was going to be positive and they clearly don't read their reviews anyway! Hence I have downgraded my review to 1 star - if I coukd give zero I would. Do not waste your precious time and cash by using these charlatans! Steer well clear! VERIFIED REVIEWER My Partner asked for a quote through The Watch Lab website for a new battery for my 2 year old Raymond Weil Jasmine watch. After a few days he hadn't received a response so we took my watch into The Watch Lab at the Bluewater Shopping Centre (Kent) on 26th July. We were told by Richard Hancock that a replacement battery would be £69.95, after been given all the sales pitch about resealing it etc etc... Richard also offered us a "mini valet" (sonic clean) with more sales pitch at the 50% reduced rate of £20. Against my better judgement I agreed and paid £89.95 for both services. When I collected my watch later that day the clasp was very stiff to fasten and the bracelet was also tight. Richard said this was as a result of the sonic cleaning process. We mentioned to Richard that we had requested a quote on line and had no response and "joked" about the irony if the quote came back cheaper... ...My partner received a phone call from The Watch Lab a couple of days later on 28th July in response to his original enquiry. After a discussion about the exact make and model of my watch he was told that a new battery would cost £49.95 i.e. £20 cheaper. He then told the lady on the phone that we had already paid £69.95! She was shocked and confirmed that all The Watch Lab outlets should be charging the same price. My partner then telephoned The Watch Lab at Bluewater and spoke to Richard. After a conversation my partner was told that I would be given a £20 discount the next time we took any watch into The Watch Lab. No confirmation other than it would be recorded on their computer against our home address! I am not happy with this response as I have no confidence in them and I will not be taking my watch there ever again. I want a £20 refund! I called The Watch Lab head office on 9th August, explained what my complaint was and asked to speak to a Manager, I was told that a Manager would call me the next day. I advised tham to leave a message as I would not be available to speak to the next day. "Jonathan" from "Head Office" left me a voicemail message on 10th August informing me that he didn't see an issue with the discrepancy in the quoted prices because of the many different watches made by Raymond Weil - this despite my Partner having had a detailed conversation regarding the make and model of my watch. "Jonathan" did not leave his full name or contact details for me to return his call. We will not be using The Watch Lab again and we would not recommend their poor service to anyone else! Avoid The Watch Lab!

At the Nottingham branch after being given a spiel about being accredited battery replacers for Tissot and how the back of the watch had been put on backwards etc etc I was told it would be £39.95 for a new battery. I did what I should have done in the first place, returned to jeweller where I bought the watch and paid £6.95. Do not go to The Watch Lab!

I took my TAG in and had a new clip fitted it took about 1 hour and it cost me £ 145.00 about 3 months later it stopped working again ie the watch would not close properly. I took it back to the Glasgow Branch in the Buchanan Galleries ans was advised that I need a New Clasp at another £ 195.00 . why did they not tell me that at the outset. Absolutely fuming at there lack of customer care and will never step back in there store. Highway Robbery springs to mind Robbing B******s Not a happy Bunny

Took my Skagen white ceramic watch into your Nottingham branch last Monday for cleaning(having been previously been told by several jeweller's they were unable to clean ceramic watches) when I collected it an hour later couldn't believe it was the same watch! I took my Omega Seamater Professional into the Watch Lab worksop in Preston, for s Service & Repair and told the cost would be £390 for the service and another £95 for a winding stem that it would be certain to need, as well as leaving the watch with them, I had to pay the £490 up front; I was also told that the repair / service would be carried out on site and would take around 8 weeks. 3 1/2 weeks later I receive a phone call telling me they had had to send the watch away to Omega in Switzerland for Specialist Restoration and the cost would be a further £487, which to me is total hogwash, if, as stated, they strip down and rebuild as part of the service, why on earth would it need to be sent away? I refused to pay and have demanded my watch back, it will take a further 2 weeks to return. This is still ongoing. I am not at all happy; I feel I have been robbed of £490!
