“Watch Lab in Glasgow did a great job repairing my 1960ties omega seamaster. The winder had broken off and it needed a full service. It's a watch of great sentimental value to me and I was very pleased it was looked after so well. Jessica Slinger and her colleagues were extremely helpful and informative and I would not hesitate to recommend the watch Lab”

“We had a Philip stein battery replaced, for a long time we had to send this watch off to the manufacturer for replacement not anymore ???? It was all completed in 1 hour in the arndale centre branch by an amazing and truly knowledgeable watch specialist called Colin Stuart if you need servicing/batteries/repairs ask for this guy #amazing!”

“I attempted to get battery replacement for my Emporio Armani watch from Ernest Jones in Southampton (where I bought the watch). The watch was sent away, but I was subsequently contacted to say that they were now unable to provide this service. Your branch in West Quay shopping centre was recommended to me by a friend. They told me the battery could be replaced within 1 hour - which was achieved - and the cost was £15 less than I had been quoted by Ernest Jones. Very pleased indeed with the service, and I will certainly use The Watch Lab again - as and when I need assistance.”

“Wanted £195 to replace battery/reseal and fit an additional manufacturers link for my Tag Heuer. Sent it to the trusty company I've used for 20 years and they charged me £53 for the same service. I only went to Watch Lab for the local convenience (Bristol - Cribbs Causeway)!”
